Every client goes through the same structured journey — starting with a full movement assessment and ending with the independence to train on your own terms.

Stage 01

Assess & Build

We start by understanding exactly how your body moves. A comprehensive movement assessment identifies the root cause of your pain or stiffness before a single exercise is prescribed. Then we build — 1-on-1, in-person, with full attention.

Duration: 6–8 months

Stage 02

Expand Your Range

Once your foundation is solid, sessions shift to hybrid — a mix of in-person and remote coaching. You're building independence without losing support. This stage only begins when your body is ready for it.

Duration: 2–4 months

Stage 03

Train on Your Terms

The Freedom stage. Fully remote coaching through Private App. You own your program, your schedule, and your body. We stay in your corner — as a resource, not a requirement.

Duration: Ongoing

Most trainers want you to need them forever. Our entire methodology is built around the opposite goal — giving you the knowledge, movement skills, and confidence to eventually not need us in the room.

Step 01

In-Person

Diagnose. Build. Establish the Foundation.

Everything starts with a movement assessment. We identify what's actually causing your pain, stiffness, or lack of progress — and build a completely custom program around what we find. You work 1-on-1 with Armaan until your KPIs are met.

Step 02

Hybrid

Expand. Progress. Build Real Autonomy.

When your foundation is solid, sessions shift to hybrid coaching. You start managing more of your training independently — with Armaan's support when you need it. This stage builds the skills and habits that carry you into the next phase.

Remote

Step 03

Own Your Body. Train on Your Terms.

The goal of the entire journey. Fully remote coaching — your program lives in Private App, your schedule is yours, and your body works the way it should. We're still here. Just in the background, where a good coach belongs.
